In The Bridges Program, students attend up to five sheltered academic classes within their high school, with classes that have been specifically designed to meet their content, language, literacy, academic, socio-cultural and emotional needs. These classes include English Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, Math and Foundational Language and Literacy (FLL). This class targets students with little to no literacy in the home language.
