Kelly Hatfield is a Research Assistant at Bridges to Academic success, supporting data collection from field work. She has a Master’s degree in Childhood and Special Education from New York University and an undergraduate degree in English from Princeton University, with plans to pursue a PhD in the future. Prior to joining Bridges, Kelly worked as an elementary school teacher for seven years; she taught in general education, integrated co-teaching, and transitional bilingual classrooms. Kelly speaks Spanish and Urdu.
